CI series impact crusher is an upgraded version based on working structure of PF impact crusher. According to the differences in physical and chemical properties of different materials,the rotor and crushing chamber are refined design, so that the service life of the equipment is greatly improved. CI impact crusher is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials, and crushing ratio is large, crushing capacity is strong. It is suitable for stones with medium hardness and low abrasion such as river pebbles, granite, basalt, limestone, quartz, etc. in quarry and gravel, cement, concrete and asphalt recycling, slag recycling and other industries.

Impact crushers use high-speed impact to crush materials. When the material enters the action area of the blow bar from the feed port, it is first crushed by the high-speed impact of the blow bar, and the strong impact force throws the material to the impact plate for further crushing, and the material rebounded by the impact plate falls to the plate again.
