A ball mill is a grinding machine that also has a mixing effect. The ball mill is the key equipment for crushing ores after it is crushed in the beneficiation plant. Ball mill is filled with a certain number of steel balls in its cylinder as the grinding medium. Ball mills are suitable for grinding various ores and other materials, and are widely used in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries. They can be divided into dry and wet grinding methods. According to different ore discharge methods, it can be divided into grid type and overflow type. It is widely used in ore dressing production line such as Gold ore, Cooper ore, Magnetite ore, Antimony, Calcite, Kaolin, Mica, Clay, Bentonite etc Ferrou metal or Nonferrous metal.

Ball mill grinding machine is a kind of horizontal drum-type grinding mill with external gear and double bins. Materials goes evenly through quill shaft in feeding device into the first bin, which has ladder lining or ripple lining with steel balls in different specifications.Steel balls are taken to a certain height by centrifugal force from drum rotation and then fall. Thus it will give a heavy blow to materials, playing a role of grinding. Materials after crushed in the first bin shall enter bin across single-layer diaphragm into the second, which is provided with flat lining with steel balls, to go through further grinding. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
1. Ball mill is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part. Convenient installation and debugging , easy to operate.
2. High manganese steel plate liner is more wear-resistant and has a longer service life. Groove-type lining plate to grinding action and ore lifting capacity and decreases energy consumption.
3. ball mill adopts rolling bearing support instead of sliding bearing support with bearing bush to save energy by 10-20%.
