This powder grinding plant integrates grinding, drying, grading and conveying, with simple structure and compact. It can grind the massive, granular and powdery materials into fine powder. It is used for grinding limestone, raw meal, slag, Nickel slag, manganese slag, cement, ground granulated blast-furnace slag, GGBS powder, fly ash, coal, clinker etc.

Vertical roller mill is mainly composed of powder concentrator, grinding roller device, grinding disc device, pressurizing device, reducer, motor, shell, etc. The separator is an efficient and energy-saving powder separation device. The grinding roller is a component used to roll and crush slag materials. The grinding disc is fixed on the output shaft of the reducer, which is the place where the grinding roller rolls materials. The pressurization device is a component that provides grinding pressure for the grinding roller and provides sufficient pressure to the grinding roller to crush materials. After being crushed by hammer crusher, the large material becomes smaller and is sent to the storage hopper by elevator, and evenly sent to the distribution board on the steering board through vibrating feeder and inclined feeding pipe. The grinding disc is driven by a motor through a reducer. The material falls from the feed opening onto the grinding plate. The material is driven to the edge of the disc by centrifugal force and crushed into fine powder by roller. Then, the hot air of the nozzle converts the fine powder into efficient classification. The qualified powder is brought to the powder collector through air for collection, and the unqualified powder is sent back for regrinding.
1.SRM Vertical roller grinding mill adopts the principle of material layer grinding to grind materials with low energy consumption. The power consumption of the grinding system is 20 ~ 30% lower than ball mill. And the power saving effect is more significant with raw material moisture increasing.
2.The vertical mill integrates fine crushing, drying, grinding, powder selection, and transportation. It does not need additional equipment such as drying, powder selection, and lifting. The electrostatic precipitator collects, the layout is compact, the technological process is simple, the floor area and the occupied space are small, which makes the construction cost low.
3.The vertical mill uses hot air to transport materials, and the temperature of the air inlet can be controlled when grinding materials with high moisture content, so that the product can reach the required final moisture content. In the vertical mill, materials with a moisture content of up to 15% can be dried in a wide range of applications.
4.The vertical grinding mill system is equipped with automatic control device to realize remote control and easy to operate.
5. The crushing cavity is optimized and the bite force is large. The optimized design of the crushing cavity and the reasonable stroke make the output of the crusher higher. The larger bite angle between the movable jaw plate and the fixed jaw plate ensures a good bite ability and reduce the wear of the tooth plate in the best condition.
6. Large range of discharge opening design. Small discharge port can produce finer granularity of products, and large discharge port can produce bigger size products. Hydraulic adjustment of discharge opening is more convenient and more stable.
