Iron ore dryer is a drying equipment specially used for drying iron ore, which is developed and manufactured on the basis of rotary dryer and combined with the characteristics of iron ore itself. The iron ore dried by it is of high quality, wide application range, and large market demand, which can bring certain economic benefits to the enterprise.
Iron ore can be divided into magnetite, hematite, limonite, etc. It is a mineral aggregate containing iron elements or iron compounds that can be economically utilized. It is also an important raw material for steel production enterprises. Iron ore can be selected through crushing, grinding, magnetic separation, and other processes. Iron ore contains harmful substances such as sulfur, phosphorus, arsenic, potassium, sodium, and fluorine, so iron ore must be processed in time to remove harmful substances or process them for utilization.
The iron ore resources are fed into the dryer through vibrating feeders and other feeding devices. The iron ore materials are continuously picked up and scattered under the inner layer of the lifting board in a spiral manner to achieve heat exchange. When the iron ore reaches the other end of the inner layer, it enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The iron ore moves two steps forward and one step back in the middle layer. The material in the middle layer fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner layer drum and the heat of the middle layer drum, thereby achieving the best drying state. The iron ore moves to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material moves in a rectangular multi-circuit manner in the outer layer drum. The material that has achieved the drying effect moves quickly out of the drum under the action of hot air. The wet material that has not achieved the drying effect cannot move quickly due to its own weight and is fully dried in this rectangular lifting board.
