In stone production lines, stone crushing and processing generally requires a combination of coarse crushing and fine crushing. In the process of coarse crushing, users often choose jaw crushers, but in the process of fine crushing, many users will be confused between impact crushers and cone crushers. Which one to choose?
As secondary crushers, impact crushers and cone crushers are quite different in appearance and working principle.
First, the crushing principles are different. The impact crusher uses the principle of impact crushing. After the material enters the feed port, it is repeatedly hit and broken between the plate hammer and the impact plate until it is discharged after being formed; while the cone crusher uses laminated crushing. The rolling mortar wall continuously moves toward the crushing wall, squeezing the material sandwiched between the two to crush it.
Second, the discharging granularity is different. Impact crushing has some micro-shaping effects, and the materials produced have sharp edges and good particle shape. This is also determined by the working principle of the impact crusher; cone crushing is divided into coarse, medium, fine, ultra-fine, etc. Model, the broken materials are finer and more powdery, but it is also widely used in the market due to its advantages of low energy consumption and low noise.
Third, the processing capabilities are different. The processing capacity of the impact crusher is smaller than that of the cone crusher, but the finished product has a good particle shape and is generally suitable for small building materials or construction projects; while the cone crusher has a stronger processing capacity and is widely used in large-scale mineral processing projects.
Fourth, input costs are different. Generally, the price of impact crusher is lower than that of cone crusher, and the initial investment cost is small, but it has more easily damaged parts, and later maintenance work will be more cumbersome; the price of cone crusher will be higher, and the investment cost may be higher in the early stage, but It has strong processing capacity, fewer wearable parts, and relatively stable operation in the later period. It is also a good choice in the long run.
In addition to the above differences, users should also consider based on the materials they process. For example, if processing limestone, limestone and other materials with hardness below the intermediate level, you can choose an impact crusher; conversely, if you process river pebbles, granite, bluestone, etc. For materials with higher hardness, cone crushers can be considered.
Impact crusher and cone crusher each have their own advantages and disadvantages. Users can refer to the above analysis for consideration.
Fly ash, a byproduct of burning pulverized coal in thermal power plants, is often used in construction materials such as concrete and cement. However, it typically contains a high level of moisture, which limits its usability and affects its performance i
