Focus on heavy equipment
The petcoke drying production line, delivered by our company, has successfully completed all commissioning phases and is now in full operation in Yicheng, Hubei. This system addresses a critical dehydration stage for the client’s petcoke deep-processing operations.
Petcoke is characterized by high viscosity and significant moisture content fluctuations; excessive moisture can hinder downstream processing and compromise the quality of the final product. To address these specific material properties, we developed a customized drying solution capable of consistently reducing the moisture content of the raw material—from an initial 12%–15% to below 5%—with a processing capacity of 5 tons per hour, ensuring stable, continuous production. Throughout the project implementation, our technical and after-sales teams provided end-to-end support, overseeing on-site installation, trial runs, and operational training. By fine-tuning parameters such as hot-air flow, material conveyance, and temperature control, we resolved common challenges—including material sticking to vessel walls and uneven drying—ensuring the production line met all performance and output targets.
Since commissioning, the entire system has operated with consistent stability, delivering a uniform final product. This has effectively reduced material loss and increased the value-added potential of the petcoke products. The client noted that the production line features a high degree of automation and is easy to maintain, providing an excellent solution to their raw material dehydration challenges.
Moving forward, we will continue to monitor the operational status of the production line and provide long-term technical support. Leveraging our mature drying technology, we remain committed to delivering reliable equipment to clients handling high-moisture materials, helping industrial and mining enterprises achieve greener, higher-quality, and more efficient production.

Kaolin is widely used in industries such as ceramics, refractories, coatings (as a filler), and construction materials. Following washing and filter-pressing, kaolin typically retains a high moisture content, resulting in a viscous, clumping-prone materia
ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) sludge from chemical and textile printing/dyeing plants is highly viscous. During the drying process, it is prone to sticking to vessel walls and forming clumps, which often leads to clogging in conventional drying equipment
Jiutian Company has recently finalized the implementation of an iron ore sludge drying project in Caofeidian, Tangshan, creating a highly efficient and stable drying production line for a local mineral processing enterprise. Designed with a processing cap
