The fly ash material containing moisture enters the drum of the dryer through the conveyor. In the drum, the fly ash material is fully contacted with the high-temperature hot air to be heated sufficiently, continuously and efficiently to evaporate the moisture of the material. There are many choices for the heat source of the fly ash dryer, for example, it can choose from coal, natural gas, steam, biomass particles, etc., according to its actual needs, choose the appropriate heat source. The moisture content of the fly ash material treated by the dryer is about 10%, the drying effect is good, and the drying degree is uniform.
