  1. After the newly purchased sand dryer is installed, it is necessary to carry out an empty test run for no less than 4 hours, so that abnormal conditions can be found during the test run and dealt with in time. After the test run, tighten all the link bolts again, check and add enough lubricating oil. After the test run is normal, the load test can be carried out.

  2. Since the sand dryer equipment needs to have a certain preheating process during use, it is forbidden to suddenly increase the fire after lighting the hot blast stove to prevent local overheating. At the same time, the level of fuel combustion value, the insulation quality of each part of the sand dryer barrel, and the uniformity of feeding will affect the quality of the sand after drying. Therefore, when we use the sand drying system, we try our best to make all parts in good working condition to improve production efficiency.

  3. If there is a sudden power failure during the operation of the sand dryer, we must immediately turn off the hot blast stove and stop feeding. Turn the cylinder half a turn every 15 minutes until the cylinder cools. When the sand dryer needs to be shut down, the hot blast stove should be extinguished first, and the equipment itself should continue to rotate until it cools down to close to the outside temperature before shutting down.
