The sand dryer is specially developed and produced for wet sand. It adopts a three-layer drum structure with high drying efficiency, small footprint and low energy consumption. Using high-temperature hot air or low-temperature steam can quickly reduce the sand to the moisture required by the user.

Principle of sand dryer:
The sand dryer drum is a rotating drum that is slightly inclined with the horizontal line. The material is fed from the higher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower end, and contacts with the material in countercurrent, and the heat carrier and the material also flow into the cylinder together. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material moves to the lower end under the action of gravity. When the wet material moves forward in the cylinder, it directly or indirectly gets the heat from the heat carrier, so that the wet material can be dried. During the drying process, the material can be regulatedly moved to the other end of the dryer to discharge the finished product under the action of the inclined lifting board and the hot air flow.
The sand dryer is suitable for drying river sand, coal slime, sand, slag, fly ash, clay, machine-made sand, quartz sand, etc. It can dry 100-1000 tons per day, and the moisture content of the dried sand is as low as 1%.
