  The magnesium rotary kiln is mainly composed of a supporting device, a rotating cylinder, a supporting device with a retaining wheel, a kiln head sealing device, a kiln tail sealing device, etc. The kiln body will be at a certain inclination and supported by the entire supporting wheel device. The transmission part is also equipped with an auxiliary transmission device. The kiln head adopts a shell-type seal to ensure the reliability of the seal.

  Dolomite is fed into the kiln through the kiln tail (high end) chute. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the dolomite rolls along the circumference on one side and moves axially from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end) on the other side; the fuel is sprayed into the kiln from the kiln head end through the burner for combustion, and the heat is transferred to the dolomite in various ways such as radiation, convection, and conduction. The dolomite undergoes preheating, decomposition, and sintering in the kiln, calcined into calcined white, and then unloaded from the kiln head device.
