Limestone rotary kiln is used to calcine calcium carbonate limestone to produce quicklime. Jiutian lime rotary kiln is a new type of active lime rotary kiln developed based on the calcination characteristics of limestone and the absorption and reference of similar rotary kilns at home and abroad. The operating temperature of the rotary kiln is about 900°C to 1000°C. This process needs to be monitored and reported to ensure that producers produce high-quality and usable products. We provide lime rotary kilns with different daily outputs to meet the production needs of different scales. This type of rotary kiln has the characteristics of high raw material utilization, complete calcination, uniform quality, good quality, large production capacity, high operation rate, energy saving and environmental protection, easy operation and long machine life.
Suitable for calcining limestone in metallurgy, chemical industry and building materials industry.
Limestone with qualified particle size flows from the top silo of the preheater through the discharge chute into the preheater body. In the preheater body, the limestone is preheated to above 900℃ with the high-temperature flue gas from the tail of the rotary kiln. The limestone is partially decomposed and then pushed into the transfer chute by the hydraulic push rod. Then it enters the rotary kiln for high-temperature calcination. The high-temperature flue gas at the tail of the rotary kiln is cooled to below 250℃ and enters the flue gas treatment system. The lime after high-temperature calcination in the rotary kiln falls into the vertical cooler. The high-temperature lime is cooled by the cold air blown in by the cooling fan. The lime is cooled to below the ambient temperature +60℃ and discharged from the vertical cooler. The secondary air for cooling the lime is heated to high-temperature combustion air and enters the rotary kiln to participate in combustion.
GET QUOTE1. Low pressure loss vertical preheater improves the preheating effect. The preheated limestone enters the kiln with a decomposition rate of up to 30%.
2. Reliable combined scale seal is adopted, the air leakage coefficient is less than 10%, and composite refractory materials are used to reduce radiation heat loss.
3. The packing type and wind-proof vertical cooler are adopted to make the lime temperature higher than 65°C, which is convenient for transportation and storage. The secondary air in the kiln can be preheated to more than 700°C, which is conducive to the full combustion of fuel.
