The 6-S second-generation shaking table is a new product developed by our factory based on many years of manufacturing experience, integrating the advanced scientific research results of major scientific research institutions and the practical feedback from large-scale mine selection sites.
In this research and development upgrade, we made key improvements to the core structure of the shaking table. The traditional "shaking box", which is the contact part between the original bed surface and the bed foot, was upgraded to a "sliding box". This seemingly simple improvement has brought significant performance improvements and effectively solved many problems of the original shaking table:
1. Reduce noise: The new "sliding box" design greatly reduces the noise generated when the bed surface is running, creating a quieter and more comfortable working environment for operators and reducing the interference of noise on the working environment.
2. Prevent ore from running: The ore running phenomenon caused by the bed surface jumping up has been successfully solved. The ore running problem once seriously affected the overall recovery rate of the shaking table for minerals, and this improvement ensures the effective retention of minerals during the sorting process, significantly improves the mineral recovery efficiency, and brings higher economic benefits to users.
3. Extended life: It effectively extends the service life of the "shaking device" of the shaking table, reduces the maintenance frequency and replacement cost of the equipment, improves the stability and reliability of the equipment, and ensures the continuous and efficient operation of production.
The outstanding improvement of the second-generation shaking table is the bed surface. We replaced all the original straight-groove shaking table surfaces with hyperbolic wave shaking table surfaces. The wave shaking table is an advanced new structure in the current flow film type mineral processing equipment in my country. After a lot of practical verification, in the sorting process of various minerals, the performance indicators of the hyperbolic wave shaking table surface are better than those of the ordinary straight-groove bed surface. It can significantly improve the processing capacity and mineral processing recovery rate under certain sorting index control, bringing users better sorting effects and higher production efficiency.

After the slurry is fed, in the inclined strip section, the ore particles need to climb the slope against the inclined water flow formed by the rifling strip when moving longitudinally, which increases the difference in crawling speed and deviation angle between light and heavy ore particles; the parallel strip area allows the concentrate belt to be discharged evenly and thinly in time. The "two inclined and two straight" bed strip form improves the sorting conditions and can significantly improve the processing effect and recovery rate under the established sorting indicators. Especially when dealing with the "sand running" phenomenon and the insufficient difference in the specific gravity of the ore sand, it has obvious advantages over the straight trough shaking table. This shaking table is suitable for various sorting stages such as roughing and concentrating.
In the sorting operation, the selection of straight trough shaking table, single wave shaking table or double wave shaking table needs to be based on the properties of the ore sand, such as the specific gravity of the ore sand, the specific gravity difference of light and heavy ore particles, and the size of the ore particles. Wide application shows that the corrugated shaking table is better than the straight trough shaking table in dealing with the "sand running" phenomenon and sorting difficult-to-separate ore sand, and is an upgraded product with better sorting effect than the ordinary 6-S shaking table.
