A large-scale aluminum ash rotary kiln processing production line was officially put into operation in Vietnam. Aluminum ash is ash slag produced during the production process of electrolytic aluminum or cast aluminum, and is a hazardous solid waste. Aluminum ash contains aluminum, aluminum oxide, aluminum carbide, silicon, fluoride, chloride and other components. Among them, aluminum oxide accounts for more than 70% and has a high recycling value. In the aluminum ash rotary kiln processing production line, aluminum ash is transported to the rotary kiln, where a series of physical and chemical changes occur at high temperatures, the metal aluminum is further oxidized, and the impurities are decomposed. This method can effectively recover valuable substances such as metal aluminum and aluminum oxide from aluminum ash, and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of aluminum resources.
