Heat exchange system: This part is the drying drum, which is equipped with lifting plates and the lifting plates are staggered in a spiral shape. During the working process, the lifting plates repeatedly scatter materials, making the heat exchange rate extremely high.
Dust removal system: This part is equipped with a dust collector. Because the fly ash particles are fine, the density is small, and the weight is light, after drying, it is easy to be carried away by the air flow under negative pressure, resulting in changes in the fluid medium. At the same time, the dust-containing gas has a large amount of moisture. If it is sucked out by the induced draft system and discharged into the atmosphere, it is easy to cause resource waste and environmental pollution, so the dust is collected uniformly by the dust collector.
